Sales Order Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Terms: All terms are subject to credit approval; otherwise, 50% deposit due paid by Bank Wire Transfer with valid Purchase Order, and the remaining balance due paid by Bank Wire Transfer prior to shipment of product. All Invoices are due per terms based on invoice date.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
